About Mad Orbit Dash
Mad Orbit Dash is a one-tap arcade game for iPhone: a dot circles a hub, the rings around it collapse inward, and a single tap reverses your direction to thread the gaps before they close. Free to try through level 15, with a one-time unlock for all 50. Simple to learn, brutal to master.
Stuck on a level? Found something broken?
This is a one-person, one-app operation — so support means a real inbox, not a ticket queue. Here's what to try first, and how to reach me if that doesn't cover it.
How to play
A quick tap reverses the orbiting dot's direction. Press and hold to freeze the orb in place while the rings keep moving — release to resume travel in the same direction you were already going.
Rings collapse inward the longer you survive, and the gaps you need to thread get tighter as you climb. By level 40 or so, the whole board is working against you.
Troubleshooting
Try these in order before emailing — most issues clear up in the first two steps.
- Make sure you're on the latest version of Mad Orbit Dash from the App Store.
- Force-close the app and reopen it.
- Restart your device.
- Check that iOS itself is up to date and you have some free storage.
Reporting a bug
If it's still happening, email me with:
- Your device model (e.g. iPhone 14, iPhone SE)
- Roughly what level or moment it happened at
- What you expected vs. what actually happened
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you can grab one
The 33-log bug hunt during development taught me that the details are usually where the real cause is hiding — so the more specific, the faster it gets fixed.
Frequently asked
Is my progress saved?
Yes — locally on your device, the moment you make it. There's no account, so it isn't backed up to a server.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Mad Orbit Dash plays entirely offline — no login, no connection required.
How many levels are there?
50. Feedback from players shapes what comes after that.
Can I suggest a feature?
Always — email it over. Small-scope suggestions are the easiest to actually act on.
Still stuck?
Reach out anytime — I read every email myself and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
